- OPENNING of A NEW ART CENTRE FOCUSSING ON PHOTOGRAPHY- In FRANCE

The new art centre the Point du Jour will open its doors on November 22nd 2008 in Cherbourg-Octeville. This new institution is the first ‘art centre-editor’ in France, focussing on photography bringing together exhibitions, residencies and publishing. Housed in a building conceived by Eric Lapierre, the Point du Jour is an ambitious cultural achievement, enrolled in national and regional development, open to the general public and providing a demanding and international schedule.

Fabrizio Musa "Santo Volto.txt"

has been conceived and created through close collaboration with world-wide famous architect Mario Botta, and features big canvases depicting the Chiesa del Santo Volto, along with a mural painted on the venue's interior. These are accompanied by original sketches of the building furnished by Botta himself.
